Gym Memberships


Join the team at ATS!

Our facility includes 15kg and 20kg barbells bumper plates, metal plates, racks, a small range of cardio equipment and dumbells ranging from 1kg all the way up to 50kg.

our memberships include programming and coaching (unless stated otherwise)

We also offer a free trial week - which offers 3 free sessions for anyone wanting to try our facility before signing up to a membership.
